The lady who showed up for the quote was nice, and said she would follow up with a quote. It's now been over 2 weeks and I have never heard back. So either they are very disorganized or just rude.

He cleared a large section in front of my garage and the entire driveway. His assistant even came out and shoveled a little.

Bradley promptly responded to phone calls and inspected the job to provide an estimate.  He conducted himself professionally and made good suggestions regarding the materials to be used.  When he suspected that there may be problem with the selected stain, he contacted me immediately to recommend an alternative stain, and he made the exchange without additional cost.  I had very high hopes for the quality of the job that the would perform.   With all that said... While I was pleased with the quality of the stained deck and painted porch, the overall job was not satisfactory.  There was significant overspray to the surrounding areas.  There was overspray covering the adjacent concrete patio and stairs near the pool, landscaping and retaining wall.  The landscaping rocks under the deck and  surrounding the pool had significant overspray. White rocks were now cedar red.   Adjacent potted plants had overspray.  The concrete decking around the swimming pool is now a light shade of cedar.    There were clear border lines of overspray areas where tarps were (and were not) applied. Bradley returned and made attempts to remove some of the  overspray with a pressure washer, but it had limited results and was not without additional risk itself.  It's impossible to remove paint overspray from landscaping rocks, gravel and hardscaping. The damage was done.

There was so much  stain overspray into the swimming pool itself that it left a cedar-red "bathtub ring" around the tiles at the water line of the entire pool.  The pool skimmers were stained red internally.  I spent hours trying to remove the stain from the swimming pool over the summer.

I can say that the porch was painted very nicely.  However, the pressure washing of the house resulted in cut ventilation screens, and a jammed dryer vent that caused the dryer to shut down after overheating.   (The vent had been blocked during the pressure washing, but was not released after completion)  While he was a nice guy and conducted himself professionally, the quality of the overall job was not satisfactory.

Overall, they unfortunately did as much damage as good.

Bradley was one of several painters I called for an estimate on painting my house (interior).  He responded much sooner than anyone else, and came to my house the very next morning on a Sunday.  He is punctual, thorough, methodical, extremely courteous, and honest  .He went over everything in detail and was willing to answer any questions.  I was impressed by his professional manner. I felt very confident in his abilities, and would absolutely have hired him, but unfortunately time considerations did not work out for me.  However, I think anyone would do well to employ him for any paint job you may have.  He is a real gentleman (unusual these days) and certainly knows his stuff. Prices were within range or lower than others:  $ 3400 for about 2300 square feet, for which, because of my schedule, he would have had to make 2 trips.  Got back to me with an estimate within a day or 2.  .Also, offered to help move furniture, etc., even that which was not necessary to the job.   Very accommodating.

During the process of getting an estimate the painter was very responsive. After we selected him for the job he stayed in contact prior to the job starting. In fact, he came over to our home on Sunday to go over his game plan, who does that? He started and finished on schedule. We are very happy with the quality of work. The speed at which they worked was impressive. They ate lunch on the job site to save time. Every little thing we wanted changed or any small touchup was taken care of. They cleaned up after themselves. I found a few paint drops after they departed when we started putting the rooms back together but not aproblems for us since we were so satisfied. The price we paid was $1,500.00 or more lower then other estimates.
