Robert from BayState was of course reliable, but he was also easy to get in touch with when needed. The house project included removing old siding and foam board, replacing with new foam board and siding, and putting up new Azek trim with molding. From start to Finish, Robert oversaw the project and made the necessary contact to outside sources for the various materials needed. When any decisions needed to be made on Robert’s end, the two companies (the contracted company, D.H. Donahue Windows and Siding) worked well together to complete the project. We did hit one snag with the triple window on the backside of the house. The issue was an old issue from when the windows were installed, not a BayState or a D.H. Donahue issue. Robert worked hard with the original company who had installed the windows to resolve the issue. It was a difficult situation, but we prevailed! When the project was finalized, Robert did a walk-around for any issues or problems. Overall, this experience has been an easy one! I am getting a ton of compliments on the house colors and window trim/molding. For any future projects, you can seriously bet I will be contacting Robert!
