Not good at all the second year.
I was advised that a frost-proof pipe was being installed. I was shown the pipe and charged for it on my receipt.
The following year June, 2016, my basement flooded. I turned on the water, went back upstairs to do some things and outside for a couple of hours. I was faced with water sounds in the basement when I came inside. Note: Despite the frost free piping, I've always extracted the water from the hose at the end of the season, so this should not have happened.
I had to call BGE Home for immediate service. I couldn't find my receipt at that time for B Fulton, so had to do what I had to do. I have it now, but since problem has been fixed, I thought I'd just warn others.
BGE Home check the plumbing and found that a frost-proof was not used, but instead a copper pipe (I have picture), which had split and what caused the problem. I've had a mess to clean up, lost some items due to water damage, replacing carpet and installation and had to call my insurance company.
BGE fixed the problem using the frost-poof pipe and of course I had to pay for the same fix a second time.
I do not recommend this company unless you watch them every minute to make sure what they say, they are doing it.

They were on time, professional, very knowledgeable and made my boiler system vastly more efficient with the repiping (not part of the original remodel but as they were working on installing new baseboard radiators as part of the remodel and creating a new heating zone for the remodeled family room, they identified that the piping made no sense and was inefficient in how it looped back on itself multiple times). Would absolutely use them again (and am scheduled to, as I have some laundry room/laundry sink reconfiguring for them to do. Stellar contractor!

Excellent service. Probably the best experience I've ever had with a service provider.
The owner was charming and gave me some advice that saved me a ton of money.
The guy who did the work was super helpful, arrived punctually and finished the job in no time.
I thought the final bill would be higher than his estimate, but it was exactly as quoted.
The final bill was substantially lower than the estimates I received from other plumbers on angieslist.
I never have to look for a plumber again.

Mr. Fulton was prompt with his estimate, and worked with us to schedule the work between other contractors who were involved in other parts of the job. The work was done on time and within the budget that he specfified in advance.

He is honest and competent. He has sent out a younger guy to do an easy job but I trusted him because I trust Bruce.
