Attempted to cancel service for a home I moved from several months ago.Completely unhelpful in trying to resolve issues. Very curt on the telephone and totally unwilling to work with me to allow me to end my contract. I'd been a loyal customer for 4 years and they are ONLY interested in collecting their monthly fee, regardless of whether or not they actually provide security coverage to a residence. DO NOT use this company.

They are responsive and every time I go into the office (or mail them a check) I always get a positive response.

They are cordial and nice people to work with. They are always available whenever you need them. Thankfully we have only needed them on accidental tripping of the alarm but they are always prompt in their calls.
