My experience was horrendous. I had used them to close my pool last year, so I thought to bring them back. I called and set up a date for me to DRIVE DOWN FROM NEW YORK to have my pool opened. He never showed. Never answered back, never texted, basically ghosted me. And now my filter isnt working at all and they were the last people to touch it. Please do not go with them at all. He is extremely awful

Aquatic Aid was very professional and responsive, and they didn't mind answering questions we had. They also seemed very knowledgeable about our system. I worked with Brian and Danny. I would recommend them to friends, and we are planning on using this company going forward.

Brian told us when they would be there and complete the work. They were there on time and completed the work. Pool closed and winterized. Hopefully no problems when they open the pool next spring.

Good bunch of young guys hustling to build a business. Communication was satisfactory, they were relatively on time, did the work efficiently and thoroughly. Theyâ ll be coming back in the spring to open my pool.

My husband and I recently bought this home and it came with a pool. The prior owner opened the pool for us over the summer but we didn't know how to close it. We called Brian and he was very responsive over text and phone. Brian and one of his employees came out a few days after our call and closed up our pool last week. He did a great job of explaining the process and told us what we needed to do to ensure our pool is ready to open come next Spring. Looking forward to working with him again.

Bryan came to complete an opening on my pool that another pool professional left incomplete. Bryan did a superb job and was very knowledgeable and professional. The only small constructive criticism I have is that Bryan is not always responsive to follow up questions after the job is done. I suspect it s because he is extremely busy. I would suggest that he set aside time once a day to respond to his current customers texts, emails, or calls (of course prioritizing according to urgency and acuity). This makes the customer feel like the person with whom they ve done business is a top notch professional they d want to continue doing business with.

Not a good experience. Gave me a date to open my pool, NEVER SHOWED UP NEVER CALLED, I called and Bryan told me he would come for sure the next morning at 10 am. No show and now call! NOT good business, he closed my pool last year and now I can not get my filter to work properly. Will NOT use this company again.

The gentleman was clean and polite. He explained everything to me both before and after the pool opening. A nice young man! He was supposed to come back and vacuum the pool again because of the large amount of debris that settled once he left. He said he would come back. He did not come back and did not answer my calls or return my calls. I still have a pool that needs to be cleaned.

Mr. Trujillo arrived on time and was completely thorough. In addition, he helped me with another issue in my yard which was unrelated to the pool. Very helpful and professional.

Bryan texted me with the time of arrival. Showed up at that time. Immediately started assessing the situation with our pool. I told him that we will need work on the pool, heater, rivets being replaced and fixed around the pool for the cover to hook onto. A resurfacing of the in ground pool is needed for the Spring along with cleaning and pressure washing before. Bryan and his associate were very efficient in the work done to cover the pool and putting all equipment away in the shed. I am very happy with the service I received. Just waiting on the estimate for the work needed in the Spring. I will definitely have them back in the Spring.

They did much more than I thought for our pool closing. They cleaned the filters, fixed a broken bolt for the cover, took our cover out of our shed where it was hanging, cleaned the skimmer baskets and much more. With only Brian and another guy for the job, they were on time, efficient, friendly, and did not hesitate to answer my questions. I will definitely hire them to open and close next year. They were great!!!

Did a great job opening my pool despite some unexpected mechanical and electrical issues with my pump that they resolved. Did not show up on time due to delay in completing previous projects. Suggest informing customer if they will be late in arriving at the appointed time.

I hired Bryan Trujillo to do a very simple job on Friday 6/28, clean my pool and get it clear. He and another guy came out to do this. The price was great and I thought I was making a good choice. We woke up Saturday morning to an empty pool and a big hole in the liner. We were completely mortified! I have been calling and texting and he will not get back to me. Now I will more than likely need a new liner and will be out thousands of dollars. This is unbelievable and I will be contacting my attorney.

Contracted with Bryan Trujillo to perform pool opening services. I was flexible with date/time. He actually selected the date/time to begin the work. Arrived as scheduled. I was asked to provide a pump to remove water from the cover (his pumps were being used on other jobs), He dumped half of the dirt, silt and leaves from the cover into the pool during the cover removal process. He connected the pump which was leaking like a sieve when he was finished. I was told, not to worry, he would address all of these issues (dirt in pool from cover and leaking pump) when he returned the following day. (The water level needed to be adjusted over night). LAST I EVER HEAR FROM OR SAW MR. TRUJILLO. I called and texted multiple times - no response. He abandoned the job.
