If I could give it a 0 across, I would. Home advisor hooked me up with this company and they were so professional and great that I used them again to open my pool. They initially closed it. I contacted them WEEKS in advance, to schedule my pool opening, since I know memorial day is such a busy time. I also had a family reunion scheduled for memorial day, which took weeks to coordinate with family members coming from different places. I'd been promising my children for weeks they'd be able to finally use our pool when we got home, since we have been quarantined in new york and were finally coming home. Bryan Trujillo responded and we set an appointment for the 16th of May at 3 pm. Come the day of the appointment, I notice its 5 o clock and I haven't received a call. I reached out to him, and got no answer. I've been calling and emailing non stop for days since then, and no answer as to why he flaked on me. I even told him I needed it no later than that day, because I wouldn't be in town until the 22nd. Now I'm stuck trying to find someone to open my pool last minute, and at this rate, everyone is booked and my pool will not be open in time for my family reunion. He's ruined my holiday, family plans, and I'm beyond upset. This is extremely unprofessional.
