They were fantastic! Great communication, prompt and friendly service.

This was an absolute terrible experience. Guy Thomas showed up occasionally but mostly his team of high schoolers took care of our pool. We often asked questions about the quality of water and were told that everything was "normal" or as it should be. During our summer with Angel's we had algae in the pool which was a constant from week to week. It often looked cloudy and debris directly after cleaning, it wasn't thorough cleaning week to week. The team would come and clean and it would look as if no one attempted anything to combat the algae. They often had to order things which took weeks if they ever came. Repeated request about something malfunctioning in the pool was met with...."checked and all is good". Multiple times we complained about the service and had to have repeated cleaning with in the same week. Guy was difficult to get in touch with and often we would leave multiple messages and texts about concerns. At the end of the season Guy was unable to close our pool on our requested date because the pool had "algae". This was a problem all summer and was never dealt with appropriately. Now, at the end of the season, he was combatting the problem and delayed our closing. After finally closing the pool a month late, he took our pool filters claiming he was going to treat them at an added cost. We refused this filter treatment, requested our filters be returned and paid him for the contract. I would advise never to use this service. We are with a new company who are professional and our pool looks amazing every week!!! We couldn't be happier that we ditched Angel's pool service.

They are very good. We were very happy with them. We originally we chose this company because they are local and we hoped he was responsive and he was just that.
