When I checked out about them, they had very high ratings. It’s a company that’s owned by two women. They are really good. They come and there is a supervisor with a team of six women. I am paying a little bit more than what I was paying before, but this is a company that was already cleaning this house before I purchased five years ago. I just looked up and got whatever the going rate was when they started cleaning the former owner’s home 10 years ago. So, I had a really cheap rate like $140 and they are charging me $220, but it actually turned out to be better than some of the other estimates that I had received. My overall experience is mainly because of their customer service. When they come in, they want to know if there is anything that they can improve on. It’s just very personalized. You get a combination of an e-mail and a phone call as a reminder of your next cleaning. They have made some other arrangements for me since we have got the holidays coming up. This month, my cleaning date actually ends up being on Thanksgiving Day, but we have worked out another day since I am planning to have dinner here. It’s so accommodating. I feel that their pricing is fair. They even have a scale. It’s $220 once a month. If I do for like every three weeks, it’s like $180. Then they give you up to seven weeks beyond a cleaning to keep it at that same price of $220. If it goes beyond that, then it goes back to the first time cleaning rate which is like almost $300. They did the first time cleaning the very first time they came which was great.
