I called and asked if they were able to obtain the converters for me. He graciously took the time to locate the items and advise me of the cost (about 1200.00), and gave me a couple of shipping options, one of which was no charge. After the part arrived and I dropped my car off, he called me back to state that the converters we ordered were different from the ones that were causing the lights, as those were embedded in the manifold. He stated that if I was not seeing any degradation in performance, it was probably not worth replacing them, especially since he could not guarantee they would clear the lights. When I offered to pay for his time, he refused to accept payment.
I had previously had a muffler replaced and was very impressed with the speed of the service and the cost. I highly recommend this provider, and will certainly return to him myself!
