I had horrible experience with them. They were seriously late, charged unreasonable fees and worked recklessly. The manager of this company doesn't care customer satisfaction at all. In their mind, customer satisfaction is worth less than $35. 1) My appointment with them was on Nov 30 1:00PM. They arrived around 3:40PM, more than 2.5 hours late, without an apology. I have to reschedule my other appointments to accommodate them. 2) After an initial inspection, they want to charge me $35 extra for a short stair (5 steps) and a small hallway (2.5 ft by 4 ft) on top of the $109 flat rate package that I have purchased from Groupon. I was surprised because my job is actually very small. I have three small bedrooms (150 sqft + 100 sqft x2) and stairs and hallways to connect them. Comparing with their 275 sqft limit per room for four rooms, I don?t think it reasonable to be charged $35 extra. Besides, it takes less than 15 mins for them to complete the ?extra? hallway and stairs. I asked the workers to call their manager to waive this charge considering that they were seriously late. Unfortunately, the manger thought $35 was more important than customer satisfaction and insisted in charging the extra. 3) When they cleaned up after the job, they dumped (or spilled) the used water on to my neighbor?s car downstairs. My neighbor was very upset and complained to me.
