Mr. Selvin and his crew were very professional. He started the project and finished on schedule. He also took plenty of pictures so I could see every detail of the project. My main compliment is the fact that Mr. Selvin is a first class quality person.

I originally hired them to do a small drywall repair in our kitchen. It was done with detail and good workmanship. I was so pleased that I hired them again to paint the upstairs hallway and ceiling. The work was completed a day early, very detailed, and Selvan was completely respectful and professional.

You want "THIS" Contractor to do the work. I left another review for drywall repair and it was a 4.5 that should have probably been a 5.0.

I would highly recommend Sanchez Brothers LLC. The response to do the project was immediate. They did 2 ceiling patches and painted all in one day. The contractor went above and beyond what the estimate called for, and did quality work for a very reasonable price. We were so pleased, that we are having them work up estimates for a few other projects.

She was very responsive and helpful in getting all of my questions answered.. The contractor was friendly and walked me through everything that needed to be done including educational information that I found helpful regarding the type of material they were using and why things were being done a certain way. The contractor's office managers kept in touch with the customer and scheduled the job at the time convenient for the customer. Contractor was polite, explained what needs to be done, worked as long as it took to finish the job in one day, and took care of the workspace so that there was no sign of any dirt left after the dry wall repair job was done.

Selvin did a terrific job repairing a very large section of drywall for us. We will definitely hire him again!

I had Selvin come to my home to look at a leak in our ceiling under our shower. He was very honest in assessing the problem and how he would repair it. We decided to regrout the shower, but upon startiing the work Selvin quickly realized that the shower was not tiled correctly and needed to be redone. He was once again very honest in giving me an estimate for the new work and was genuine in wanting to make sure that the repair was done correctly. I was very pleased with his work and how careful he was to not make a mess in our house. I would highly recommend Selvin.

Selvin did a fabulous job. He was prompt, worked quickly, cleaned up as he went, and did a perfect job. Plus he's a very nice person. I'd use him again for sure.
