They exemplify good customer service. The store manager (I think), Joselle Packett, did an excellent job. She's a very good representative of the values of customer service and the customer-friendly approach that Home Depot wants to exemplify. She was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. She helped resolve a problem for me so that I didn't incur additional unnecessary costs. My vehicle broke down on their parking lot, and if I didn't move it by a certain time, it would have been towed, costing me at least $200-300. She took it upon herself to notify the tow truck company and make sure that my vehicle wouldn't be towed if I couldn't get it out of there before midnight. She was extremely helpful in this situation and a very, very nice lady. Her influence at Home Depot shows in the other staff there.
