Showed up 3 hours late - even though he repeatedly called or answered his phone to say he was only 15 min away)... spent a great deal of time attempting to determine the problem. Did not fix the appliance... did not bring working equipment and kept trying to convince me that it wasn't necessary... blamed the lack of equipment on the company - when i asked for the boss' name, he backed down and said that he was the boss... All around a poor experience and would never recommend or use him in the future. Very pleasant and happy soul - unfortunately that wasn't the only service I needed!

Returned from a short vacation to find the refrigerator rather warm and stinky. Called several repair services, but only Galaxy could come the next day. Ken knew exactly what the problem was, the cold air simply wasn't circulating from the freezer to the fridge and he repaired it quickly. We have had no problem since - would definitely call Galaxy again.
