We were very disappointed with Diagnostic's service on our heat pump. Customer service, professionalism, and quality of work was extremely poor. We had to spend a considerable amount of money to repair the work done by Diagnostic. They installed the wrong size air handler and a far too small drain line which led to secondary damage to our home in the way of leaks thru walls and ceilings. They neglected to charge the unit with refrigerate. It took the contractor weeks to make this repair during the coldest part of the year. We raised these concerns and the contractor and he refused to correct the problems. It was pretty clear that the contractor was not very knowledgeable or experienced. We DO NOT recommend this contractor.

"Cross country referred this customer to my company as a service provider. System was matched up with the module and serial number of the existing system. The size of the unit has no relevant because the old seers 12 or 10 system is smaller than the 13 seers system and secondly, there is no other condensate line for residential system smaller than A 3/4 line. Thirdly, system was charged on 5 degree day and customer aware of that. Therefore, we were not surprise for customer to call back at a 70 degree ambient that system not fully charge because you cannot get a proper super heat or sub cooling on a 5 degree. Now, last, customer has a 1 year labor warranty. Customer never contacted me to go back and look at the system. Instead she was asking me for refund which I don't know of. Please check our reviews at Google plus and see other customers comment about our company. May the lord continue to bless the customer for his intent."
