So far the roof isn't leaking, so looks like the work is holding up. They did a nice job. Very nice and polite.

Found gas leak and repaired. Had to remove generator in order to replace line. |When we still smelled fuel they took it back and re checked and test drove several times.

We've taken our 30' Outback trailer to Charlies for spring and fall work. They have always delivered the RV with the work done well, AND their prices are VERY competitive. They have a big and quot;storeand quot; of RV accessories inside and the prices are quite fair.
The owner and the Shop Manger are very attentive to our needs---sometimes we've arrived with an urgent repair and they've done it almost immediately. We've also arrived with and quot;no rushand quot; requests, and they have said,and quot;come back on XXX date and it'll be ready.and quot;
It always was ready.!
We're 100% satisfied with Charlie's and give them all the stars that one can!

The staff did an excellent job in advising me as to how to approach the repair or replace question. After trying unsuccessfully to get it repaired they told me the opening measurements that had to be accomodated as I searched for a replacement. When I finally got a replacement, they installed it quickly and carefully. They even disposed of the old, dead unit.
Charlie's is not a fancy place but the folks there are friendly and knowledgeable.
Keith and John are easy folks to work with.
