Terrible event. I got hosed by the invoice and the Tech was un- prepared for the task. Provided my own laborers which I paid because this contract can’t hire or keep good help. Any task underground is daunting and hard work. We dug down to the patch that SRP didn’t even acknowledge last year and discovered the coupling they installed failed. Now they are denying that it was their patch. That weren’t even there when we got down to the coupling. The SRP Tech said ‘ I’m not surprised’. Not comforting!

I had them out for the first time and they were really good. They were somebody that I would recommend. They fixed the problem within thirty minutes and they were great. I haven’t got the bill as yet for the services provided. They are quick and polite. They are definitely knowledgeable as well. I will use their services again in the future.
