The front desk welcomed me by name, the tech was knowledgeable and Dr "R"is incredible. I'v e been going to Dr "R" for 10 years and have never had anything less than a fabulous experience. The waititng room is never crowded (I've never waited more than 10 minutes), and Dr R always has as much time for me and my kitty as I think I need. I never feel rushed. Dr R is passionate, gentle and very kitty-oriented. Every patient (I've taken numerous foster kittens to her in addittion to my 2 resident kitties) is a unique individual to her and she treats each one that way. Her exams are slow, quiet and very stressless (very Zen). Dr R is extremely well informed and uses all the best meds. She is always available for follow-up questions or concerns. Her staff will call you a day or two after your appointment to see how things are going. Her prices are more than fair amd competitive. Fabuoluos staff and FABULOUS doctor. LOVE HER!

We've used Dr. Rucinsky for a few years and we treasure her and her staff.

personable as well.  We recommend her highly.

Great.  Dr. Rucinsky is fabulous.  Her office is a full 30 minutes from my house, and there are many good vets much closer to me (including the vet my husband takes our dogs to, just half a mile away) but I would never take my cat anywhere else.  And after coming to my cat's last appointment, my husband said he could see why.  She is AWESOME.

Excellent. Was suppose to take 2 cats but could only catch one (outside cats). No problem with the missed appt. Been going there for 8 years.

I can't recommend MACH highly enough. These guys have been my vet since in arrived on the shore in 2003. Dr. R, Dawn, Kelly and the entire staff are absolutely wonderful! Although my fur babies may not agree, I enjoy our routine visits there. Thanks guys!

I have used Mid Atlantic Cat Hospital for a number of years for a number of cats.  There is absolutely no place better.  Dr. Renee Rucinsky and her staff are fabulous, I wish I could find a doctor for myself that would take care of me the way Renee and Dawn take care of my cats. 

I took a feral kitten in for a check up and Dawn went out of her way to keep him calm; she kept him covered with a warm towel and did as much of the examination as possible with him completely covered so he did not stress out. 

Renee Rucinsky is a board certified feline specialist who writes and lectures on feline issues around the country.  We are so very fortunate to have her in our area, together with her licensed vet techs.  Together they provide the very best care that any cat could ever want.  I can not recommend them enough.

The  staff is always positive, cheerful and helpful. Reminder calls are very helpful as are email and postcards sent from the
provider.
The facilities are spotless and obviously have the comfort of the clients foremost.
Dr. R is incredible.  Her love of cats is so apparent.  Her knowledge, her manner with the cats, taking time to discuss concerns, options
and answer questions are all appreciated. Dr. R is also a skilled surgeon and can handle any situation taken to her.
I wouldn't take my cats anywhere else!

I have been so pleased with Dr. Renee. She is a specialist so she has gone to school beyond her DVM and is extreamly knowledgable and caring. She has helped my cats through sickness and health. She treats only cats so her understanding of feline related illnesses is vast and she can just concentrate on this specialty. You never have to sit in the waiting room next to a dog that is trying to attack your cat and I know my cats appreciate this and it cuts down on their stress. She has never kept me waiting. My cats have had some very complex problems that she has treated them for including cancer and she has been wonderful. The prices are very reasonable for a specialist and if you go directly to her instead of through a referral from another vet you cut out the middle man. She has up to date equipment and is very personable with the clients and patients alike. It is like visiting with a friend and my cats love her. Her staff is awesome. I love her vet tech! She always follows up to check on their progress and truly cares. The facility is clean and bright. Appointments are made to work with your schedule. Why would you go anywhere else?

.We first went to Mid Atlantic Cat Hospital MACH) after adoping serveral cats that had been rescued from a house that was owned by an animal hoarder where over 300 cats were living.  Unfortunately less than a third of the cats were healthy enough to survive; the doctors and staff of MACH worked with the humane society to nurse these back to health so they could be adopted.  Since the folks at MACH already knew our cats we decided to take them there for their first checkup.  Our cats were treated like royalty with all the staff comiing to visit with them now that they had a home and a family.  Many years have passed since that first visit; but we still know that everyone at MACH trully cares about each patient that comes in their door.
