I do not know that much about plumbing, but he certainly did the job that I wanted him to do. I am satisfied with him. I like the promptness and thoroughness. I do think that the price is high, but I imagine that is what it is with plumbers.

I have used Mike for a number jobs over the past few years. He has always been punctual, fair in his prices, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that he takes time to describe the details of what he has done.
In this instance he added an outdoor spigot directly over our patio so we would have easier access for watering our gardens, and replaced a refrigerator saddle valve, which are prone to failure, with a secure T connection and shut off valve. Work took about 3 hours, and price was as quoted prior to the job.

Got us up and running.  Have used this company for other services. Always courteous and professional.  Gloria who answers the phone is the greatest.  Helpful and pleasant.  I like that a "real person" answers the phone.  Even when I left a message on a Sunday, she called back the same day.

Came twice when promised, did work well, courteous,,,returned to fix ongoing problem at no charge

Received quote for re-routing a tankless water heater vent that was exhausting fumes on our patio.
Hot water pvc vent was connected and exited through roof of house one day. Returned a second day to run and connect pipes and installation of outdoor shower (we provided fixtures) in basement stair well.
Was very knowledgeable, worked quickly and efficiently, and price was fair. Reduced price from quote for hot water vent because completed the work faster than anticipated.
