The owner CW Draper is at first very accommodating and promises good service at low rates, but in the end he charged far too much for the work performed. Three men were on site for 3.5 hours, and he presented a final bill of $2,100 which was outrageous for the work performed. This is a case of “waterfront property” owner overpricing. I would never hire this company again.
