I was thoroughly pleased with the services. Andrew has always been very prompt and professional. His costs are well below of a lot of the competitors in the area. The work was done exactly as expected and exactly as promised. My interaction with them has been very good.

I contacted Liberty Heating and Cooling on 6/4/13 in regards to poor cooling performance of my heat pump. The gentleman I spoke with was very professional and polite, asked a few questions to get a better understanding of the problem and scheduled an appointment within an hour. He arrived on time, appearing neat and professional. Inspected the coil in the air handler as well as the condensate drain, checked airflow and temperature at the registers, then proceeded outdoors to inspect the coil and compressor. He checked the pressure and found that the system was low on refrigerant. He charged the refrigerant and checked the electrical systems. Overall I was very satisfied with the services provided by Liberty Heating and Cooling and would recommend them to friends and family. I will be using them for all of my maintenance and service.
