It was great to deal with Premier Roofing and the owner was very responsive to clarifying questions we had, particularly related to the different vent system we chose to have installed. He stopped by during and following the installations, personally inspecting to make sure things met his standards. There was one minor issue, which he personally was easily able to resolve. It was a pleasure dealing with such a professional, who definitely placed importance on customer satisfaction from start to finish.

A really great experience. The process was smooth and any questions or issues were resolved immediately or next day. I would definitely hire them again.

Mike had been to the house in February 2019 to seal a leak and advised the roof would need replaced Fall 2019. He gave me a verbal quote and stuck to that amount, which I felt spoke volumes for his word and how he handles his business. He was very reasonably priced and his team was professional, friendly and fast. Cleanup was great. In fact, they put tarps on everything and went around with a blower and the team cleaned up any debris. He used top quality product, both he and his team are proficient at their jobs, what a relief. I am rarely this pleased with any contractor doing work on my house. Mike made a big decision much less stressful. I went through a lot of trouble to find him and would definitely recommend and/or use him again on any other roof.
