We moved into our first home last week. On Sunday night, I was taking a shower, and the light fixture in the kitchen (under the bathroom) began to leak. We called Tim Monday morning. He was prompt, professional, and gave informative information to us as new homeowners. He was extremely accommodating, coming out on that Tuesday evening to give us an estimate at no charge. Since these were all simple fixes he didn't charge us for the advice.

We called Precision Plumbing to install a new pedestal sink and a new toilet. Tim Witherite, the owner, is a master plumber with many years of experience. Besides the new installations, he also rebuilt and repaired two other toilets in our home, and reconfigured the water lines to our washing machine. Not only did Tim respond to our call immediately, but he was personable and professional, and his work was meticulous. Also, he provided very valuable advice on other projects we are considering in the future. We highly recommend Precision Plumbing.
