While my fuel service provider was trying to be helpful, there hadn't come up with a temporary solution to assist and my yard was flooding by the minute. When they finally came up with a solution they were not able to get to my house until 3/11. Unfortunately, 3/10 was a day filled with heavy rain. At one time, we were outside pumping out the tank about every 5 minutes to keep the regulator from becoming submerged. Mr. Michel called and offered to come out and help raise the regulator (a temporary fix) to help us not worry as much about it becoming flooded. Well I beleive God was working in this - there was no way we were going to be able to keep up with the days rain. He stopped on his way home from work - had to go to the local hardware to get additional parts and came up with a nice temporary fix that enabled us to relax just a bit. He also sent a quote to help to fix the problem for the future which we will definately being looking into once the ground dries a bit. He is going to install a drainage system (less costly than a tank raise). That work for my particular tank may range up to or around $1000 based on the estimate. I will write in again once that work is completed. I was very happy with what they did and with the prices they quoted to help alleviate the situation. They are a small, family run business who really takes customer service to a whole new level. I would definately recommend them to my neighbors.
