+ 0 moreJoe promised a start date, and showed up exactly when he said he would. The materials he used, windows, doors, shingles and vinyl siding were all top of the line. The dimensional lumber and plywood he selected was straight and true, and that which was not to his standards he rejected. He and his crew worked very neatly, and the quality of construction far exceeded all of my high expectations. As Joe told us it would, the finished product was far superior to the shed we had, as well as similar versions we looked at buying. In the end, Joe and his crew worked neatly and professionally, and we could not be more pleased with the end result. In fact, we have a couple of other updating projects in our home, and Joe is who we plan to use.
Description of Work: Our amish built shed was crushed by a fallen tree during storm Sandy. After several estimates and a little research, including replacement with an identical amish built shed, preconstructed and delivered to our home, we chose Joe. Joe promised that the quality of both material and craftsmanship of the shed he would build would exceed the preconstructed sheds available in the market. He was right. In fact, his stick-built structure was built more like a well constructed garage than any shed I have ever seen. While other bids came in lower, we felt that the complete package Joe offered was worth the slight premium. In addition, Joe's firm is licensed and insured, which was important to us. We are so glad we went with Joe Suess Builders!
