Auto Body Work
If I could give Phillip Morris a ZERO rating I would! I have never done business with someone so unreliable and unprofessional. He started work on our RV in April of 2021 and after fighting to get a hold of him he finished half the job the end of June 2021. He took the remaining amount of the money and never came back to finish the job. Was unable to contact him after that leaving our RV unfinished and our money stolen. Would not recommend him for anything!! Absolutely a horrible businessman and human being!

Phillip Morris, sole proprietor, of a Touch of Fiberglass in Prince Frederick, MD is unreliable and has taken advantage of me as a customer. He underbid our project because he needed money (his own words) and has held our project hostage after receiving 2/3 of the job payment to complete the work. When we have been able to reach him to complain about delays, he is quick to say he is providing quality work at half the going rate. After many attempts to communicate with him about continued delays, he simply ignores our messages and does not return our calls only to reappear and provide another excuse for no progress and promises of completing by a new deadline. He is 60 days overdue from his self stated completion date after blowing the original deadline for completion of 26 JAN 17. This service delay has cost us additional expense. He has lied about job progress, he displays indicators of financial and personal instability and we are seeking action to retrieve our designs and project parts we have provided and already paid for. We will seek dispute resolution through Angie's List and other more aggressive resources when necessary. Do NOT do business with this service provider- if you do, Do NOT pay him in advance - he will take your money and not deliver! Unfortunately, we found this service provider on Angie's List. We later discovered that he has other consumer reports of poor business practice conducting business in Melbourne FL under the same business name.
Response from A Touch Of Fiberglass
"This Job was consistently reinvented per customer throughout the entire process, I worked very closely with complete dedication of my time and labor to this job while the customer thought of new engineered ways that made this project better and better, I never increased cost to complete the job never charged for blueprinting over and over with this customer we had spoke using over a hundred emails and atleast the same in text and phone calls, I helped him every step of the way, I knew his plans that constantly changed pushed off deadline dates and this happened almost weekly daily sometimes and could never narrow down a deadline of completion he forced me to give a hypathetical deadline which I came very close to despite the objectives, we also were speaking about this job for atleast six months prior to his decision to move forward just before winter arrived and yes I did have a sick mother and a various other personal issues going on that he acted as a compassionate friend and would invite me over to obviously gain information to use against me personal life happens and we left in good standing and with handshakes and he got more than he paid for and actually owed me for not continuing the job despite what he says I never asked for any money throughout the job nor would I take any money until the job was completed this guy is selling everything he owns and running off on a yacht to an island with his wife and probably thought he was going to rip me off in the end and run away with a completed project and not pay for it, he is a war planner I might add and if you knew each and every conversation we had every single time I was on point with him and honest and open and would explain to him what he has done to delay each time he added something so I would hope that would explain my character and ethics to have to deal with someone of his nature and this is the first ive heard or seen of anything that the job was not satisfactory and left with handshakes and farewell to his voyage"

I have no hesitation in recommendig A Touch Of Fiberglass as a trustworthy and very competent company. While I was at their repair shop in Ellis Road I saw many boats in different stages of repair and was impressed with their operation.
