 + -1 moreVery few problems with the builder. Delays were mostly with permits issued by the County and minor details with speciality items that were not ordered by the builder. That were delayed because we special ordered them.
Description of Work: New Custom Home on 1.5 acre lot in Saint Leonard Maryland. Planning and Building of New Home from the Plans to the finished product.

 + -1 moreTHE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS UNBELIEVABLE. HE ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION I HAD ABOUT CUSTOM BUILDING AND TIMING DEADLINES. HE ALSO ALLOWED ME TO MAKE PAYMENTS ON UPGRADES TO THE HOME OVER THE PERIOD OF THE CONSTRUCTION INSTEAD OF INCLUDING THEM IN THE COST OF THE MORTGAGE.
Description of Work: WEEMS WAS HIRED TO BUILD ME A CUSTOM HOME IN CALVERT COUNTY MARYLAND. I WAS IMPRESSED BECAUSE I ACTUALLY MET HIM AT HIS HOME THAT HE HAD BUILT.
