THE FOLKS AT THOMAS L HANCE ARE VERY HELPFUL OVER THE TELEPHONE, EXPLAINING WHAT DIFFERENT STONE THEY HAVE AND HOW MUCH TO ORDER. THE DRIVER WAS ESPECIALLY HELPFUL TO US BY SPREADING THE LOAD. THE LOAD WAS DELIVERED EXACTLY WHEN THEY PROMISED.
