The quality of work was excellent. Called the main number and left a voice message and within 20 minutes Steve returned my call and scheduled our appointment. Steve showed up on time and his knowlege of the piano industry was exceptional. He tuned, adjusted the hammers, reattached one of the petals and fixed some stuck keys. In addition to his master piano tuning skill set according to my 14 year old he played the piano AMAZING ! I strongly recommend Steve to all my friends and family ! Hat's off to Steve !

We were very satisfied with Steve's Music Service. Steve is a super nice gentleman who was very receptive and quite prompt. He did an excellent job tuning our piano and spent plenty of time giving advice and explaining what he was doing. I would not hesitate to call on him for future piano needs. Highly recommend.
