They did a wonderful job on installing new siding BUT they hired a subcontractor to perform the work and did not pay them so now it looks like the dept of labor and a civil suit is going to be involved involving liens very disappointed to see a company not pay laborers after they worked so hard it's a real shame

Work went smoothly and as planned. Materials showed up on schedule and work was completed immediately following.

Ray and Mike were fantastic. They came out and assessed the roof. Determined that it just needed a few tiles replaced at this time and other minor items. They were prompt and professional, and they were in and out very quickly and were very accommodating to our changing schedule.

Anthony and his workers did a wonderful job. Everyone was pleasant and courteous. The roof looks outstanding, they replaced some plywood on the roof, as required, and they performed an extremely thorough clean up job upon completion. I would not hesitate to hire this company again and highly recommend them. There are currently 2 photos of the work on my house on the Simple Solution posting (on their site) on 6/12 at 6:32am. In the past, I have had a buzzard issue on my roof and in my backyard, and I presented a novel approach to remedy the issue. Anthony took care of that as well.

We have used a lot of contractors for updating our home but Simple Solutions out performed every one of them !!! THIS is a 5 star contractor. From the original contact and then the estimate to the delivery of material and the installation of the new roof everything went very well !!! I was pleased with their entire staff for their professionalism and courteousness and my wife and I would certainly higher Simple Solutions again for our home needs !!!

Simple Solutions (SS) recently completed a renovation of our guest (full) bathroom, powder room and master bath, including a stunning walk-in shower. Jodi and her team were very skilled, respectful and collaborated with us throughout the process. The tiling/ flooring and countertops are so beautiful - far exceeded our expectations. We really liked that there were no subcontractors - we got to know and trust the crew. From conception to completion, Jodi, Matt, Jeremias, Hermedes, Mark, Andrew and Brandon (a.k.a, Johnny Square) did a stellar job. We were actually quite apprehensive about such a big undertaking, but trusted our friend who recommended SS and we’re so glad we did! All 3 bathrooms are more functional and flat out gorgeous. We will be hiring SS again for other projects and genuinely recommend them for any remodel.

We contacted Anthony and his team after we had water leaks in our home. They were very responsive, coming over right away to see the problem. One of the leaks was in our roof and it was raining heavily, Anthony put a tarp down to temporarily solve the problem. His team then replaced our roof and gutters which turned out great. We also called them when water from one of our upstairs bathrooms was leaking downstairs and they quickly took care of that. They don’t overcharge or try to sell you on things that aren’t necessary. Highly recommend.

Called Simple Solutions with need for roof repair from recent storm wind damage. Anthony came to the house on time and climbed onto the third story roof and took pictures to show me the extent of damage. He then went into the unfinished attic to see the inside damage which he also photoed for me. Finally, he checked out the interior ceiling and walls drywall damage. After discussing the damage and potential repairs, he prepared a detailed written estimate that he sent via email overnight. After, agreeing to the contract, Anthony scheduled the work with me and showed up on time to do the inside repairs (drywall, plastering and painting), which were very competently repaired. This included moving furnishings, using protective coverings, cleanup and resetting the furnishings to their original positions. The roof repairs on a three story roof were also professionally fixed and merged with the existing shingles. They also examined the other roof areas, and sealed a dozen small pinhole sized holes they found and photoed to show me. they left the yard cleaner than they found it as well. All in all a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend them.

Anthony was extremely attentive and responsive, and their work was done way ahead of schedule. They left a clean site and did the job with professionalism and respect. 100% recommended!

The gentlemen showed up to replace the door. Once they began work and removed the old door, they were able to quickly identify what the issue was. They made the necessary corrections, got the new door in and it’s been operating smoothly. Would highly recommend these people.

Simple Solutions was recommended to me by friend. They were very upfront with their schedule when I sought their service. Despite a wet couple weeks they kept to schedule. The roof was done in one day! About 10 people worked non-stop until my roof was complete and they seemed to sweep my yard with the magnet rakes endlessly to make sure there wouldn't be any loose nails left behind. The interior water damage repair was completed inside simultaneously by a separate crew. A job well done and a happy customer :-)

This was the 3'rd company I called to get my roof tarped, the other companies didn't have time. Admittedly, this company said it was going to be a challenge but wanted to help me out none the less. They showed up the next day and knocked it quickly and professionally and it looks great. I'll be moving forward with them for additional work.

It was not a good experience dealing with this company. Their explanation of the process of replacing your roof is spotty at best. I paid them and it took months for them to begin work. There was delay after delay, one false start date after another. I will not use this company again nor would i recommend them to anyone.

Several shingles blew off due to the wind storm (Riley) in March. Anthony came out that Sunday to do the repairs. He did a great job. We just signed a contract for him to come back in a few weeks to do a complete roof replacement.

The job went well, the workers are polite, friendly and they did a beautiful job. I will hire them again.

Excellent! They wend above and beyond!

It was a pleasure doing business with Anthony. I had minor damage done to roofing during a recent wind storm. When Anthony came out to inspect the damage, he noticed severe rotting on one of the posts that hold up my carport. My carport is not a typical carport because it actually includes an overhead attic for storage and needs strong posts to support the weight. Anthony gave me two price options, both of which I found reasonable. The workers responsible for the repairs showed up on time; worked fast and efficient, and as a result of their fast and efficient work, I feel 100% better with the new wider posts that they replaced. They also made the minor repairs of shingle replacement. Because of Anthony's thorough inspection of my property, he prevented what could have been a major accident on my property. I am looking to renovate my kitchen in a couple of months and will definitely be talking to Anthony about him and his team making those renovations. All around I was very pleased with my interaction with Anthony and his team from start to finish.

I feel that I was treated fairly by this contractor. I had the majority of my residence remodeled in a timely manner. The crew was very prompt as well as cost efficient.

I'm not sure they really understood the scope of work that I needed done, they had quoted 2 days and it ended up being almost 2 weeks. They were a bit overbooked and it showed, but for the most part they did get the project done well and did do a good job. I think there was just a bit of miscommunication that caused some of this. They are good people, very professional, and I think they did learn from this experience as well.

They are very nice and very professional. I was really impressed because after they were done someone came out to do a walk through to make sure everything was done up to my standards. I even received a nice little thank you gift a few days after the projects. I am having them back again this fall to do a remodel for me as well.

They have always come through for us.
