+ 0 moreWhat keeps me as their customer is that my lawn looks good most of the time. It looks nice and green. Their service is too expensive. I think it adds up to about $600 a year or more.

+ 1 moreThey're pretty good. They break my payments down over the year for their services. They debit my account a certain amount every month. I'm satisfied with them. I actually got a call from them asking how the lawn was and if there's any problem and that's kind of unusual or any business.

+ 0 moreWe have used them for almost 10 years, but we have discontinued service. Recently, there have been several issues. The service was about $200 per service, but I haven’t been able to keep track of all the additional charges. They charge us for additional services they claim to do, but our yard does not look good. We were seeing a new face every time they come. They weren’t servicing out whole yard. Even though we would tell them, they couldn’t seem to keep track of where our yard starts and ends. The weed problem was never taken care of. We are looking for a new service provider. Unfortunately, I have an outstanding balance with this company of additional fees and we are not happy with the service.

Description of Work: We've been using Scott''s for several years now, and have always received on-time, professional service. Donny makes sure we get the treatments we need and postpones treatments that may be harmful at the time. For instance, on this most recent trip, Donny applied fertilizer and some weed preventive treatment, but did not apply a scheduled treatment that could damage our emergent zoysia grass. We appreciate his meticulous care, and our lawn is looking beautiful as a result.

+ 1 moreI have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. It is a guarantee that if I am not satisfied with the application I can call them back out, and they will come and redo the whole application for free. Their price is great. They leave a door tag once they come out if I am not here, or they will ring the doorbell if I am here. They also leave posting giving the date and hours that they recommend no playing in the yard by the kids. I had a good initial visit, a good question and answer from the representative and I also have a contact number that he left for his direct line.
Description of Work: I received a quote from Scotts Lawn Service. They are to provide me with lawn services for seasonal treatment, application of fertilizer, insect control and weed control.
