+ 0 moreI'd give them an A. They were always on time. They hired contractors to do the work but one of the two owners of the company was here on a daily basis to make sure that they did what they were supposed to do and it was the quality that they expected.
Description of Work: I used Patuxent Renovations for two different projects. They restored one big room back to two rooms and they did some exterior work where I had a water leak.

+ -1 moreI had several discussions with them. I almost used them. I would say that it is definitely worth people's time to get them to come out and give an estimate. I was pretty confident they could do the job. I like the way they provided their estimates. I liked a lot about them, it's just that CRM was better.
Description of Work: Patuxent Renovations Inc provided me with several detailed estimates on finishing an unfinished basement area, kitchen area and living room/foyer area.

+ -1 moreProposal was reasonable and included an itemized report along with a deetailed schedule. The project started on time and finsihed one day ahead of schedule. Each sub-contractor arrived on time and completed within the proposed schedule. All of the individuals working on the project were professional and ensured that at the end of each day the area was left clean. Steve Barko and or Steve Mattingly provided daily project oversight and kept me informed of the schedle progress. The end project met my expectations.
Description of Work: Installation of a new wall to split large bedroom into two rooms, work included framing, drywall, new wiring, paint and floor coverings.
