Great. Very happy with the quality of the work and the company in general.

Overall a great job. Had a few problems with gutters and concrete but they quickly fixed it.

Started project in February. I were skeptical at first if they would show up at because of the cold temperature and winter conditions. They came pretty much every day until the project was finished! They did great work, and I am very pleased at the end result. At one point they lost a hammer in the snow, but they were very quick about telling me about it. They eventually did find it, but it was very nice to tell me about it, none the less. Very respectable and nice individuals. I will definitely use them again. They took care of all the materials, the permits, the inspection, and any clearances I needed from local government. When they finished, they did a final walk through to see if I was happy, and were quick to fix things that I thought were amiss.

The work is good.  Their follow-up is poor.  If I call them back to fix things, they don't always get back to me.

The product is awesome but the service was mediocre at best. Needs improved services.

We definitely had a bump along the road. We are actually waiting for them to do a couple of things now that they didn't do when they were here a couple of years ago. My husband has caught hold of them to do what they were supposed to finish. The guy that we worked with was new to North American Deck and he promised us some things that the guy at North American Deck did not promise. Since he was representing they had to follow through with it. The communication was bad and the main guy that I was working with kind of disappeared and we were leaving messages upon messages. We had to get the original North American guys and then it got really crazy. We are happy with the final product but we had bumps along the way. The price was comparable. Regarding their punctuality we were supposed to meet Jane and he never showed up. People have come and looked and asked for referral.

The deck turned out great.
The underside of the deck, the shed is not water-proof and each time it rains, water would go into the shed. I found the caused of the problem and told them to fix it. They never did came back to fix it. I finally have to fix it myself.

They were phenomenal. They were professional. Their price was fair. They did good quality work. They seemed to be very popular with the area; everybody seemed to be using them. I would use their services again in the future.
