We had a move out clean done and had some parts of the house look great and others hadn't even been touched. When I reached out to get clarification on what was included in the service, specifically baseboards, washing of floors, and wiping of cabinets, all of those were included. None of the baseboards on the main floor were done and some cabinets wiped. The carpet in the living room was vacuumed but none of the non-carpeted areas looked to be cleaned at all. The first lady I spoke with on the phone was very polite but the email response I received from the company was unprofessional. I understand the women did do a job but the response "we do expect to be paid for the time spent cleaning" is unacceptable for a company that failed to meet the minimum expectation of what they advertise as their own service.

The service provided was not worth the charge after the 3rd cleaning. It seems to be a pattern with a lot of these services. Start great, but fade as time goes on.

Office Manager came out to do the estimate and appeared to be very professional and on top of things taking detailed notes. The OM said she would return with the cleaning crew to walk them through all we had discussed so I would not have to repeat myself. I was also told the same crew would return each time. The OM did NOT show up for the first clean and the crew had NO notes or background information to work with. All of the discussion and notes were a complete waste of my time. I had to step them through the and quot;do's and don'ts. Each visit there was at least one new team member; a total of visits 6 visits and there were 7 different people in my home. Repeated requests not to do certain things went ignored.

so far they have done a good job,only broke one thing and that was a window shade in my kitchen,reallt have know indea how they could have done it,but it was ok for they were in need of replacement.

They were great. I called and they had somebody over right away the next day. They did a beautiful job and my house is the cleanest it's been in a long time.

.I feel the work they do and what I pay for is of great quality. They are there every week at the same time. They are very thorough and I will continue to use them.

They did not do a very good job at cleanning but they did offer to come back out; however , I decided to try someone else out instead.
