Merry Maids of Prince Frederick

I have been using them for several months as I have been unable to find anyone locally.  They do very superficial cleaning and will not do something, that their services states is "typical" unless told.

The first few cleaning were very thorough and up until a few months ago I was pleased and relieved that I didn't have to clean my home anymore. But I have been using Merry Maids for about a year now, and I have found that the quality of the cleanings has decreased over time and that I am having to go back over what they have cleaned or supposedly cleaned. The maids that come are in and out of my 4,000 square foot home in 2 hours, which means they are only very quickly cleaning things. They do not pay attention to detail, and don't clean the tops of anything, the fronts of cabinets, or the glass shelves of my curio cabinet. They don't really dust the objects or knick-knacks, they just pick them up and dust underneath. They basically have stopped giving everything a thorough cleaning and now do a quick job on the big things, like the coffee table, but ignore dusting off the mantle, for example. I am now hunting for a new cleaning service.
