+ -1 moreExcellent! Mr. Garcia and his team have been so helpful. He even took down some curtains for me that I couldn't reach. I am usually not there when they come, and they have been completely trustworthy, showing up when they say they will and doing a great job. I would highly recommend them!

Description of Work: They were supposed to do thorough house cleaning but only did vacuuming,dusting, wiping down kitchen surfaces, and bathrooms.

+ -1 moreTwo ladies arrived right on time. Very efficient and professional. Jose was able to schedule the service on fairly short notice because I was having surgery on 1/22/15 and needed the help beforehand. It took a couple of hours to finish, and when it was done, every surface sparkled. I am going to request a regular cleaning schedule going forward.
Description of Work: Did a top to bottom cleaning for me - common areas (kitchen, living, family room) and 3 full baths.

+ 0 moreThey cleaned my bathrooms, kitchen, dusted and cleaned my hardwood floors. Cleaned my windows They even made my bed! And I didn't ask them to. I was very impressed. They will be cleaning my home every other week. I would highly recommend!! The initial cleaning was more, but went down after first one.

Description of Work: I am so lucky to have this cleaning service. I have a huge 3-story house, and they come every other week. Cleaning is very spotless and if I need something extra done now and then they work it out within the price. Not all our rooms are used on a regular basis, so alternate cleaning is done for some rooms - which I prefer. But what impresses me the most is how cheerful the owners are in any communication. Whether on the phone or in person, they are just a delight to deal with. If they have upcoming vacations, or any schedule change, they notify me well in advance. I have asked them to clean my house for over 4 years now, and I hope they can continue to help me keep a pretty home. They are great.

+ -1 moreJose and his team provide exceptional service. This is my third and final maid service company. They are very trustworthy, show every week without ever missing a date except for rescheduling the week that they take for vacation, and clean the house very nicely. We have hardwood floors which always sparkle when they leave. I am in the property management business and am extremely familiar with good and bad cleaning practices - and I have always been satisfied that they really clean the surfaces. They handle additional small items without complaint if I leave a note, and will also clean the oven for an additional fee scheduled in advance. I highly recommend their service.

+ 0 moreWe searched a while before finding someone we felt comfortable leaving in our home, who also showed up reliably, acted professionally and of course did a wonderful job. That's why we've been working with Estrella for more than five years. I still can't figure out how she makes the stove top so shiny. Both the kitchen and hardwood floors look great when I get home. Everytime. Plus the house smells terrific. I suppose that's why my neighbors have also hired Estrella. She cleans half the houses on the street. She arrrives when she says she will be here, accommodates schedule changes when I need them and gives me plenty of notice when she has a conflict.
