+ -1 moreI did not use Dominion because the sales person (Joe) that showed up came off as a used car sales person and I did not feel comfortable with him. He just kept looking at my chest and saying that they would provide the best price. Well I am looking for quality service and not necessarily the lowest price. I believe you get what you pay for. The day after the bid the salesperson called me and I told him that I found a better match and that I would not be using Dominion. Since then he has left 3 messages asking me if I will use them. I made the right decision not to use them. I used AG Floors and was very happy with the results and was treated with professionalism.
Description of Work: I did not use this contractor to replace my carpet and refinish my hardwood floors
