Ring issues:
1. Needed to go up 3 ring sizes
2. My rings were broken
3. All the rings needed cleaning/polishing

I was very nervous that the rings wouldn't come out right. Boy was I wrong! The rings look AMAZING! I'm so blown away with the careful attention to detail that was put in by Sam, the Master Jeweler (Dunkirk location). I would definitely recommend these people for any type of work. They were very professional and friendly. Don't hesitate coming here! All I can really say is WOW!

I initially visited Dickinson's out of curiosity. Dolly was the first face I saw, and of course, I and quot;bee-linedand quot; it to the estate jewelry case. Once there, she and I shared stories of jewelry acquired and loved over the years. At once, she struck me as a lovely. warm individual and her impeccable knowledge of her craft was both a surprise and a delight. I purchased a really interesting gold chain and put down a deposit on some diamond earrings the same day. Within a month and a half, Dickinson's had $6000 of my money through various pieces, and though their prices are a bit higher than I am wont to pay, I can't say I regret the expenditure. Dolly was a joy and a pleasure, and I do not exaggerate when I tell you that if it were not for her, it is highly improbable that Dickinson's would have gotten so much of my money. My last purchase there was a smaller pair of heart-shaped diamond earrings, and they, like the other pieces I have bought there, will be among my favorites!

They were very good. They had it done in less than a week. This is the second time I've had them work on my rings, and I was very pleased the other time, too.
