 + -1 moreDawn went through our house with me and told me the things that she felt we'd need to do to make the house move faster. (Mainly to replace a few carpets.) She went through the services she offers: - Listing on at least 7 internet sites - Really top notch, heavy stock 11x22 fold out brochures with home photos/info - Video/virtual tours of homes - Rotating display in featured homes slots on Realtor.com - Periodic (weekly or biweekly, I forget) reports on traffic on websites and in home - She personally represents all her sellers and has the rest of her staff take care of buyers It just seems to me that she does a LOT more than most realtors for the same 6% fee. I am doing all of my prospecting on the internet and, if we do decide to sell our home, we will want to use a realtor who maximizes the effectiveness of the internet for selling homes.
Description of Work: We have not decided if we will actually list our house but I feel pretty certain that, if we do, I will choose Dawn Riley. Dawn is extremely professional. I have checked her listings and she presents homes in a PHENOMENAL light. She actually has a DRONE camera and does these amazing aerial fly-by shots of homes that look like they are part of a Hollywood movie. I felt very comfortable with her knowledge of the Calvert County area and the real estate market here.
