Choice Stairways, a family owned company, has been building premium quality staircases for more than 15 years. We have a special interest in the art of stair building. Aside from our experienced and creative staff members, our manufacturing plant is equipped with the latest design / build software and state of the art manufacturing equipment. When our home was built, we were told by Choice that our staircase would be custom made to fit our space, it was not. The balusters at the bottom of the stairs were cut about two inches from the top and jammed in to fit, now they are splitting. The cut/glued balusters were pointed out to Choice before the house was completed but they REFUSED to fix them. Would not recommend to anyone.
