I would highly recommend Tamara Kucik as a highly professional, experienced Real Estate Agent. I was very pleased with the whole experience of selling my home. From the initial contact, the preparation for sale of the property, the listing, the marketing, to the settlement I relied on Tamara and her team from Tower Hill Realty. Everyone I came in contact with her team was highly professional and efficient. I was impressed with the marketing of my home from the listing and it’s presence on virtually every possible real estate website to the brochure highlighting it’s features. She contacted and arranged for all the contractors involved with the preparation for sale of the house. Her experience with the real estate market in the area and professional advice helped me to price and eventually get a contract on the house. She was instrumental in arranging the contractors in a timely manner so we could go to settlement quickly, as I was on the West Coast on a trip. At the settlement even the buyers and their agent commented how smoothly and professionally handled the whole transaction was. Tamara is extremely professional and competent and I would not hesitate recommending her to others either buying or selling their home.

In our opinion she is all about the deal. Period. Once you sign the contact with her, expect to have to chase her to find out what is going on. After our contracts with both her and the buyers expired, we received an email from her that just stated ?FYI?. At the bottom of the email was a new buyer?s approval letter for financing and a revised closing date. FYI? Really? Made us feel as if we were pedestrians on the sidelines and not the sellers. We never really felt as if she was working for us, and the onus always seemed to be on our backs, not the buyers, to get things done. As far as her having a highly qualified team, she was the single point of failure because we never once had contract with any of them ? even when she told us she would be unavailable because her husband was in the hospital.

"Sellers were very pleased with the price I secured for them but it is true, they really did not understand the real estate process or the complexities of the contract and I do understand how it was confusing and frustrating to them. Add to that they were selling from out of state with limited internet and cell service. I frequently found that they didn't get my voicemails, didn't get my emails --- only to find them days later. Alls well that ends well. I sold their house for $5k more than they were asking ($505k!) \, in 27 days. That's after the prior agent was unable to sell the property in 3 months. So all in all a successful ending. Congrats on your sale, and all the best wishes on your new herbal farming adventure in Tennessee! And thanks for the referral we now have a new listing on Wendell and two more on adjacent streets thanks to the good news you shared with your neighbors.
