My realtor, Ellyn P******, went above and beyond every step of the way. I must have looked at close to 40 houses and she had the utmost patience in understanding that this was a major decision for me. She was flexible, available and willing to adapt to house-hunting during the hours I was available. At no time was she pushy in trying to steer me into a house I wasn't enthusiastic about either. Most important, Ellyn demonstrated exceptional integrity in every aspect of the transaction and I considered her an advocate for my needs. In addition to this being my first purchase of a single family house, I am new to the area. In both regards, Ellyn was generous with resources, tips and explanations of the process.
