 + -1 moreReview is concerning Michael Joseph, the rep for Prosperity Mortgage. Used them for first refinance 2years ago, and started another this past year for our condo. Things started smoothly, but suddenly he stopped the refinance process unexplainedly. Then, no phone calls or e-mails were returned nor was there ever an explanation as to why the refinance was stopped. When you reach him on the phone, which is 20%, he is very courteous and helpful, but this last experience was very unprofessional. Was able to refinance thereafter very quickly with another company
