He is really terrific. He charged $50.00 an hour and I paid him probably for 3 hours. He is extremely good. He is very busy. You almost have to get on a 3-month waiting list to use him. His prices are really reasonable. Around this area, handymen are going for $90.00 to $120.00 an hour and so many of them don't even know what they are doing. It was an extremely positive experience with Paul Evans. The lock repair was a very intricate job. I should have had a new lock, but he fixed it. He is so professional. I would use him again in the future if I could ever get him.

He comes in, does his work, and cleans up after himself! He charges $50 an hour, and there is no muss no fuss. I had went through three gentleman before him and he is by far the best.
