Susan Spencer was referred to us by lifelong friends, who also had a very positive experience with
Susan. So much so, that after they left and we moved to the area, they raved at how wonderful Susan
was.
When first searching for a home, we were looking for a townhouse. Susan started us with properties
that were way below our upper limit and was more interested in helping us find what we wanted
oppose to trying to get the top dollar. The process to find us a home took over six months and at times
frustrating because of the market fluxuations due to the tax credit. All together we viewed over two
dozen homes.
Eventually we settled on a single family home. Susan explained the pluses and minus of a single family
home and worked with us to find the best loan. We worked with three different lenders and eventually
went with a lender of Susan?s recommendation. Susan walked us the closing process step by step on
what needed to be done.
Susan is quite possibility the hardest working realtor we have ever met. She does an amazing credit to
her profession by being knowledgeable on what needs to be done and knows quality people to get the
job done. We would definitely use Susan again.
