Dr. Elise was very gentle with our dog, who is very, very timid. She had him (literally) eating out of the palm of her hand. (They keep good dog treats in the exam rooms.) She was thorough and knowledgeable and kind. We plan to take our dog to Liberty Falls for our future veterinary needs.

Visit was swift and accurate. Not the cheapest vet we have used, and certainly not the most expensive, but the best Vet (that was not a hospital) we have used in the potomac area.

Appointment was made very soon after inquiry; the veterinarian (Dr. Chaplin) was prompt, kind, competent and careful. Everything was in order and she made clear what was essential and what was optional. The puppy's experience was a positive one. The follow-up appointment to check improvement in skin condition was with Dr. Weitzman, who was very knowledgable as well as very adept at handling the puppy - so even injection of the ID microchip was easy and the puppy was happy with all the attention.

Great vet with wonderful "bedside" manner for both humans and animals. Dr. Weitzman really loves animals and you can see it in the way he greets, touches, treats, and helps both humans and pets. We have had four dogs over the past 20+ years and he has always had the patience and help for the pets as "patients" and family members. You will not be disappointed.

I have been with Dr. Weitzman literally from the start of his career when he worked for a vet in Bethesda. He has taken care of all the animals we have shared our lives with during these past 40 years. He is not only knowledgable, he is extremely compassionate. When I realized we were about to lose our 17 year old cat, I called Dr. W on a Sunday. He took the call from the golf course and offered to leave his game so that he could meet me in the office. Extraordinary!

The clinic is very clean and it is pleasant to go there. The personnel are very pleasant. The veterinarian is very caring about the animals and he is very knowledgeable. He is also cost conscious. He is a very experienced vet. He is not going to recommend treatments that are not in the regard of the animal and the cost of the services. I’ve been using this vet for ten years and I would never hesitate to recommend him. He is not the cheapest vet around but he is very cost conscious.

Our 6 cats have been patients of Dr Weitzman for 10 years. They have thrived under his care. He is knowledgable, explains the options before providing service. When three of our cats over a 4 year period developed kidney failure in old age, he treated them with care, advised us of the options and potential benefit, and when the time came when they could no longer enjoy life, he provided very caring and loving service to them and to us. I would recommend him unqualifiedly and take my animals to him whenever they need a good vet.
