"Sorry you feel that way At the time I went to pick up the door, it would have been on back order. To not delay the job, I upgraded to a more expensive door at no additional cost, with disappearing screen, glass, so no pieces had to be removed for storage at the end of the season. I had 6 inches less glass at the bottom. But it was a stronger door because of the thicker bottom panel. At the time it was installed, you said it looked great. I did not learn of your displeasure until months later."
