Kenny Maites

Very unprofessional and abandoned our listing! In the late summer of 2008 we needed help to sell our first home. I enlisted the help of Kenny Maites from W.C A.N. Miller in Potomac, MD. Our first and last encounter happened when he met us at our property with pamphlets, photos and a blank contract. That afternoon we signed the contract for a three month exclusive listing. We never heard from Mr. Maites again. I repeatedly tried to contact Mr. Maites via E mail to gain feedback and received no response whatsoever. The listing eventually expired and his sign and lock box were abandoned on our property. If that wasn't bad enough we needed to replace the doorknob to get the lock box off. I contacted the Potomac office several months later to complain about the disgusting service we had received from their company and agent. Ultimately no one knew where he was or what had happened to him. I received a follow up phone call a week later from the manager stating that he got in contact with Mr. Maites and he had ventured into other business. This was just an appalling response from a company that has been in business for so many years. Please stay away from this company they lacked sympathy and knowledge of their own agents and company listings. As far as Mr. Maites we hope his new business venture is better than his real estate skills.
