Went well. Installers were focused and the price was fair. Very happy.

Late, shoddy.

Hallmark removed our vinyl siding and trivial foam board insulation and replaced that with full 1/2" OSB sheathing, Tyvek house wrap, and Hardie plank narrow (4") cement siding board. The trim is Azek with aluminum rake and over-window parts. Our aim was to replace the un-sheathed, un-wrapped vinyl with a high quality cement board. And to sheath and wrap the house. Overall, we are quite pleased with the results. The look of the Hardie plank and Azek trim is fantastic. Jeff Hall worked closely with us all throughout the project, and was often on-site. He was patient while we secured our financing from our credit union. The Hallmark crew was first-rate. The sheet metal brake work (bending metal into a shape) is excellent. Fitment of the Azek trim is great. The crew left the area tidy after every day of the two-week project. I wanted to purchase some extra Azek trim to finish out our screen porch myself. Jeff simply added the pieces onto the order with no problems. I wanted to paint the shutters while they were off the house, and prior to re-installation. I wanted to replace the external floodlight fixtures. No problem! Jeff and the crew made that very easy. My only complaints are two: The number of nails (from the tear off) embedded between my deck boards and in the yard, and unfilled nail holes in the trim and siding. I didn't intend to paint the trim or the siding and I wanted a finished look after the install.
