They were exceptionally knowledgeable. They listened to what we wanted. They asked us to come and and decide and agree where everything was going to go. They have great communication and are extremely detailed in everything they do. I have already signed a contract to have them out again for spring and summer.

I have done business for years with Good Earth. They did a complete landscape of my house in Rockville, and now I am having them set up my third floor balcony in my new condo. Thanks to the vision of head lsndscaper Michael Lavin I have been surprised and pleased with the designs at both of my homes. Michael is a creative genius! He us also a wealth of horticultural knowledge. The plants and trees they use are not cheap, but all come with warrantees. The plants and trees are always healthy and top quality.
The team that works with Michael are all experienced and trustworthy. Some of these guys have been with Good Earth for years.

The crew did exactly what I asked them to do: i.e., clean up the planting beds and trim the bushes prior to the closing on our home. As always, they were great! My yard, and that of my neighbor who also uses Good Earth, are beautiful, thanks to Good Earth.

Working with Brian Natoli and his expert crew was truly a delight. Brian Natoli was a terrific listener who only wanted to make sure we were pleased with how the project design, the materials being used and the eprfoprmance of the installation team. They were clean, professional, courteous and also wanted to make sure we were pleased with every aspect of the job as it progressed. The arrived on schedule each day, did not ask for anything of us all day - we had to continue to offer cold drinks. The crew cleaned up each day, was mindful of our lawn and surrounding landscaping and kept any me to an absolute minimum - removing any unwanted materials daily. It is indeed a rare occasion today to say after a job has been created - that it was an absolute pleasure and delight working with Good Earth and the team - and would highly recommend them to whoever may need hardscape and landscape services After meeting with Brian for the first time - I never bothered with another estimate - he exudes confidence - and delivers it with confidence. Could not have been any more please with the project, planning and outcome! A+ in all categories!

Michael is brilliant, funny, and a true genius at what he does. I thought I was a pretty darn good gardener, but he walked me around the property and explained exactly why some plants were thriving and others not, what pest or fungus was hurting which plants, which plants were planted too deeply or too shallowly, and made meticulous notes into his tape recorder about each and every plant in the whole yard, along with his suggestions about how to treat it, deal with it in the future, etc. For example, I have five cherry laurels. One has always seemed a little stunted compared to the others. He got down under there, digging around the base, and determined that it was originally planted too deeply. A couple weeks later, he and his team came to the house and trimmed, coddled, replanted, sprayed, fertilized, neutralized, amended, pruned, and deadheaded every plant on the property, as well as making sure that nothing was being smothered by too much soil or mulch (my biggest problem.) I learned so much just following them around! I had originally contacted Good Earth to expand my side yard and plant a vegetable garden, but decided to put that on hold for the time being until I get my current garden up to Michael's standards of healthy. They pruned my styrax by the front door so beautifully, along with the hanoke cypress, both I have tried to do myself in the past, and not been satisfied. My plan is to have Michael visit with his team every fall and spring to really tend to the details of my gardens, especially the mulching and pruning. I have always depended on my lawn mowing service (great guys, too!) to help out with those jobs, but Michael has shown me how important it is to have someone who really knows what he's doing.

I think they are quite good. It's a very competent and a phenomenal company. They do great work. They do maintenance and also do landscaping. They are extremely competent. They have designed our front yard over a period of years with landscape. They have done some drainage jobs and also planted trees for us. They have done a lot of jobs for us. We've been happy with all the work that they have done over the years. They are very honest and highly skilled. Their price is high but it's good. We get what we pay for and we get the value for what we pay.

I love Good earth Landscaping! Michael, the designer was great and the crew that planted all the trees were very professional and nice. It was a pleasure to work with them and i'm thrilled with he results.

It was excellent. They have an outstanding landscape designer. Their workmen are polite, courteous, prompt and always do a good job.

The overall job is beautiful. We use Good Earth in the Spring and in the Fall and we have never been disappointed. One year they even put in a beautiful paved walk for us. We couldn't be more pleased.

They were just friendly, courteous and efficient. They did a good job. They were fine. The price was probably competitive. The quality was fine.

They came out and gave an estimate. Then lowered after we showed them a mailer coupon. The project manager/estimator came out at the start of job and at completion to make sure it was completed correctly.

They planted different types of bushes, flowers and other plants as well. I got to know about them through word of mouth because I had a neighbor who had used their services for a long time. I liked the person who came out to get the job done, as he seemed very knowledgeable. I had also spoken to a lot of different people for the same job. He had the same preferences that I had. He was ready to do what I wanted which the other landscaping company didn’t do in the past. I liked Good Earth Landscaping even though they were expensive and they were good too.

Michael has strong opinions about what looks good and what does not and candidly you have to trust his experience because the end result is that the job looks great. He did everything he said he would. He drove by the site a number of times after the installation and replaced all bushes and trees that did not survive the winter. Overall, he did a great job!!!

They have stood by their word thought our experience with them. They have been very pleasurable to work with. Creatively they are fantastic! The pricing is apart of follow up they did with us from the previous year. The do great work for the cost! First class work!

Staff were very outgoing, courteous and helpful. Selection was limited, but it is still early spring.

STAFF ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL, THEIR SELECTION OF PLANTS AND FLOWERS ARE ALWAYS EXPANSIVE AND FRESH. IF THEY DO NOT HAVE SOMETHING IN STOCK, THEY WILL GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO FIND IT FOR YOU, ORDER IT, AND RECEIVE IT QUICKLY.
