She asked questions about our life styles and listened to casual conversations that we had when we were with her. From this information she not only found listings for us to review, she drove us directly to locations that she thought would be of interest to see if anything was available that she had missed on multiple listings. The house that we ended up purchasing was a 'drive by'. After the contract was signed the seller requested closing in less that 30 days if at all possible. Because of Gina's persistence on keeping everything moving and in order with the bank, the seller, the closing agents, and all of the inspections, we were able to make the initial closing date. Because of her experience in working in the same area for over 20 years and knowledge of the proper companies in the area, purchasing this home through her was a very simple process.
